Option 1: Full Training Programs
With our full training programs, you gain access to comprehensive workout plans through the "Trainarize" app. These programs include a detailed training calendar with exercises, demo videos, recommended reps, sets, rest periods, tips, and more. No coaching is included, allowing you to follow the program independently at your own pace. Upon purchase, you'll be directed to the Trainarize app to sign up, become a member, and unlock full access to your chosen program to kickstart your fitness journey.
Option 2: 1:1 Coaching
For a fully tailored experience, our 1:1 coaching option provides a completely personalized training and nutrition plan designed specifically for your goals. After purchasing, our head coach will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a consultation. During this consultation, you'll discuss your objectives, and the coach will create a customized program just for you. You'll also receive weekly check-ins, monthly 1:1 calls or Zoom sessions, and ongoing support to ensure you're on track. Your coach will provide clear instructions on next steps to guide you through the process.
Option 3: Membership Subscription
Stay in the loop with our membership subscription! By subscribing, you'll receive alerts for upcoming events, the latest news, and exclusive free content, including fitness and nutrition advice. This option is perfect for those who want to stay connected with our community and access valuable resources without committing to a full program or coaching.
